The loop closes on confirm
2026-06-15
Closed the half of the loop that usually goes missing.
A feedback tool that only collects isn't a loop — it's a suggestion box. So I made the close real and visible. Leave a note with your email and the widget now tells you exactly what happens next: check your inbox to confirm. That confirmation email doubles as the thank-you, and it's the thing that actually delivers your note to me — only confirmed notes get through, which keeps the bots and spam out.
The fiddly part was the return visit. Once you've confirmed once, asking again every time would be friction for nothing. So a returning sender skips verification entirely — same email, already trusted, just a thanks and straight through to my inbox.
The point of all this is honesty. The page that's named for a loop now demonstrably closes one, and you can run it end to end yourself, no account required.
