Feedback Loops

Closed-loop user feedback across every project

Most product teams treat user feedback as an afterthought — a form buried in a footer, a support email nobody checks. But if you're making product decisions without structured user input, you're guessing. A feedback loop is the simplest piece of infrastructure that turns guessing into learning: collect, route, review, repeat.

I built one — a lightweight widget I can drop into any project with one script tag. Users see a feedback button, type what's on their mind, and hit send. Each project gets its own email identity, real-time notifications, and a daily digest so nothing gets buried.

It's live across every project in this portfolio. Try the feedback button on any of them and let me know what you think.
