Feedback Loops

Closed-loop user feedback across every project

I kept shipping projects and guessing whether they landed. Feedback was always the afterthought — a form buried in a footer, a support email nobody checks. A feedback loop is the simplest infrastructure that turns guessing into learning: collect, confirm, reach me, repeat.

I built one — a lightweight widget I drop into any project with one script tag. You see a feedback button, say what's on your mind, and the loop takes over. Leave an email and you get a single message back: a thank-you with one tap to confirm it's you. That tap is what keeps the bots out — and what carries your note through to me. Only confirmed notes reach me; spam doesn't. Come back later and you skip the step entirely — already confirmed, so it's just a thanks, straight through.

It's live across the whole portfolio, and you can run the loop yourself: this page runs the widget on itself. Leave a note and watch it close.
